Everyday Invoice
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Everyday Invoice ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including visitors to our marketing pages.

1. Information We Collect

Account information you provide when you register: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and company details.

Business content you or your team enter to use the Service: client records, invoices, proposals, tax profiles, bank account details used on documents, signatures, and company seals.

Payment information for paid plans is collected and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status and plan.

Usage and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically to secure and improve the Service.

Cookies used for authentication (keeping you logged in), session security, and remembering preferences such as light/dark theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business content (client lists, invoice data) to train third-party AI models.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us run Everyday Invoice, under agreements that restrict them to the purposes we specify:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Everyday Invoice, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and business content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records (e.g. billing records) for legal or tax purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can access and update most of your data directly in Settings, export your invoices/proposals, or delete your account. For other requests, contact us at [email protected].

6. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify account holders by email for material changes.
