Everyday Invoice
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Everyday Invoice (the "Service"), operated by Everyday Invoice ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Everyday Invoice is a subscription tool for creating proposals, invoices, and related business documents. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we will try to give reasonable notice before any change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment Processing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or yearly, whichever you select at checkout — until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and payment collection on our behalf; by subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Plan & Billing; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the client records, invoices, proposals, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content and your use of the Service comply with applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Plan Limits

Each plan includes limits on documents, clients, and other resources as described on our pricing page. We may enforce these limits by restricting further use until you upgrade, purchase add-on capacity, or the next billing cycle begins.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including non-payment, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you first except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that documents generated through it are legally sufficient for your specific tax or regulatory obligations — you remain responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax figures, and compliance with local law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or via the in-app Support page.
